Dispatch and Delivery

All online orders (physical items) are processed as quickly as possible and are usually despatched within 2 working days of receiving the order. Electronic magazine articles are supplied immediately via internet download.

Tax Invoices are auto generated and emailed to the customer when any order is placed on line.

If an item is out of stock then customers are advised promptly and asked what their preferred option is.

In the event of breakage or loss, please advise us immediately.Large quantity orders or very bulky items may cost extra to freight. If so, we shall advise options prior to dispatch. Overseas, offshore islands and distant mainland locations may involve additional charges. We shall advise on receipt of order.

Magazine Subscribers: Please note that as bonus gifts are bulk mailed, any free gift will be despatched within 14 days of Australian Boat Mags Pty Ltd receiving your magazine subscription.

Very heavy, bulky and/or awkward:
These are marked with the "Truck" symbol and may incur additional costs and/or increased delivery time.

Dangerous Goods: These are marked with the Flame symbol. Orders containing dangerous or hazardous materials such as flares, fire extinguishers, aerosols, solvents, paint, or corrosive chemicals will incur an additional $15.00 surcharge per order within Australia. Please note we may not be able to deliver Dangerous Goods to all overseas destinations.
